Due to the seasonal phenomena of ‘Polar Vortex’, temperatures in some places, including Wisconsin and Illinois in America, have also been lower than Antarctica. In this phenomenon, the humidification of the air giving wind in the Arctic area leads to constant temperature rise. Earlier, this phenomenon has decreased in 1977, 1982, 1985, 1989 and 2014.
